Just a quick post to remind you that we’re moving over to LiveKen.com.
Our most recent posts have been about eating locally and we’re encouraging people to consider participating in Earth Hour this Saturday from 8:30 – 9:30pm.
I’ve also provided a short update on my visit to the pain management clinic last month.
Next month, the team focus will be on looking at schedules and routines. However, I’ll also be participating in WEGO Health’s ‘Health Activist Writer’s Month Challenge and will be a daily writing challenge. I will mainly be publishing on the LiveKen page so please head over and follow us there to keep up with what we’re sharing.
